What are your delivery charges and estimated shipping times?

We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Standard shipping charges are Rs. 200, but we offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 5,000.

What is your return and exchange policy?

You can exchange any unused item within 7 days of delivery if it is in its original packaging with tags intact. Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We support Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Pakistan. Additionally, we accept secure online payments via Visa, Mastercard, and popular mobile wallets like JazzCash and EasyPaisa.

How do I ensure I pick the right size?

Every product page features a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring a similar garment you already own and comparing it to our measurements to ensure the perfect fit.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed and dispatched to our courier partner, we are unable to make any changes.

Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to photographic lighting and different screen resolutions, there might be a slight variation in the actual color of the fabric.
